What is an affogato? Coffee and ice cream in one
Affogato is a scoop of ice cream with a hot shot of espresso poured over it. The simplest dessert on the menu at The Central Drip.

Affogato means "drowned" in Italian. It is a scoop of ice cream, "drowned" in a hot shot of espresso.
Why it works
Hot, bitter coffee meets cold, sweet ice cream. As it melts, the two mix into something between a dessert and an iced latte. Eat it fast with a spoon, or wait and drink it.
At The Central Drip
Our espresso affogato is Rs 180 with a single shot or Rs 200 with a double. Ice cream on its own is Rs 80 a cup or Rs 100 a scoop.
