Iced matcha latte in Hetauda: our summer drinks
Iced matcha, caramel matcha, strawberry matcha, hibiscus refresher and spearmint melange. The summer menu at The Central Drip, with Nepal Tea Collective.
Matcha is green tea ground into a fine powder. Instead of steeping leaves and throwing them away, you whisk the whole leaf into your drink, so the flavour is deeper and greener than regular green tea.
Our matcha drinks
Iced matcha latte: matcha and milk, hot or iced. Caramel matcha latte: matcha, milk, caramel and a hint of sea salt. Strawberry matcha latte: strawberry and matcha, iced. Each is Rs 295.
Not into matcha?
Try the hibiscus refresher, a fizzy hibiscus tea with lemon and mint, or the spearmint melange, cold-steeped spearmint over ice. Both are Rs 225.
